NC Voter Guide and Information about 3 Amendment Proposals
Early voting is open now, and it closes at 3pm on October 31.
Election Day is November 3, with polls open 6:30am to 7:30pm.
On all THREE constitutional amendments, we’re voting NO.
They would:
limit how your county and city can fund local water protections
weaken enforcement for environmental violations
could cut state funding for water system maintenance and PFAS testing.
