We want to meet your group!
We are excited to share our mission with you and talk about how your company, faith community, or other group can engage with us and invest in our work. Reach out to schedule a presentation to learn more about the watershed and our work to protect it. For groups ready to get their hands dirty and their feet wet, contact us to set up a volunteer clean-up project.
We’ll help you design and schedule your event, and we’ll follow up afterwards to talk about how it went and how we can continue and deepen our partnership.
A few notes:
We are a very small staff and we stay busy! Please be flexible about requesting specific speakers, and help us by scheduling a presentation or project as far in advance as possible.
Honorariums are always appreciated but not required. We’d love to have a follow up conversation after your presentation or volunteer project to talk about how your group can invest time or resources in our ongoing efforts to protect the Haw River.

Learn about the Haw River Watershed, including recreation opportunities, stewardship programs and what the Haw Riverkeeper and Haw River Assembly are doing to preserve, protect and restore our waterways.
Group Service Projects
Work with us to design a clean-up project for your group ready to make an immediate impact on the beauty and safety of our watershed. We will provide a staff member or experienced volunteer leader, a specific location and project tasks, supplies, and education about keeping the Haw River and its streams and shores accessible for everyone.
